Established in 1984, Candle Reef One is an intimate community of 21 privately owned luxury beachfront homes nestled in the quiet Green Cay neighborhood on St. Croix’s picturesque east end. 

Overlooking the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea with unobstructed views of Buck Island and just minutes from the historic charm of downtown Christiansted, the Candle Reef One community blends the serenity of island living with the convenience of nearby shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions.
